Some men say He was just a man
A carpenter who roamed the land
Some men say He did some good
Helping folk the best He could

But I believe that He’s God’s Son
The sacred Lamb, the Promised One

Crucified at Calvary

Some men say it’s a waste of time

But I believe He rose again
Heaven’s Victor over sin

Testifies He lives today

Some men say this earth will last
An endless cycle till ages pass
What’s ahead only time will tell
A godless future, a present hell

But I believe He’ll come once more
