Matthew 6:19-21; John 6:27
Seek not wealth that isn’t real
Where moths corrupt and thieves steal
Place your treasures up above
In heaven’s bank of Jesus’ love
Labor not for earthly bread
Seek eternal wealth instead
Set your eyes on Canaan land
Not on castles made of sand
For treasures here are castles in sand
They will not last, they cannot stand
In the final judgment day
When all things earthly will be swept away
Do not live for worldly fame
Live instead to praise His name
In His time He’ll honor you
If you’re faithful and true
Labor not for earthly bread
Seek eternal wealth instead
Set your eyes on Canaanland
Not on castles made of sand
For treasures here are castles in sand
They will not last, they cannot stand
In the final judgment day
When all things earthly will be swept away
For treasures here are castles in sand
They will not last, they cannot stand
In the final judgment day
When all things earthly will be swept away
When all things earthly will be swept away
